• During the last 5 years, we have placed mortgages on our properties with the following lenders: Protective Life Insurance Company, Symetra Life Insurance Company, ServisFirst Bank, Synovus Bank, Webster Bank, City National Bank, and Bankwell.
• Gladstone has also completed private placements of senior unsecured notes with institutional investors Nuveen and New York Life.
